APPLICATION & OBTAIN DESIGN APPROVAL
Obtain a design approval from DOSH Headquarter, Putrajaya to proceed with machinery registration for local manufacturer or imported. Without design approval, machines cannot be register and owner operates without a valid licences. This is mainly for Unfired pressure vessel (UPV) and Hoist or lift (PMA) and Boiler (PMD).
REGISTRATION OF MACHINERY (PMT, PMA, PMD)
New unit DOSH registration at state within peninsular Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak. Local and overseas brand, obtaining and completing all required documents, DOSH application submission, follow up, pay bills, until obtain certificate of fitness and forward to client.
REGISTRATION OF FACTORY / LAB (PATK)
To install any type of machineries, the premise it self must be registered with DOSH. The premise can be factory, laboratory, clinic & etc. We will consult and assist our customer until the premise obtain the registration number from DOSH.
ANNUAL (RENEWAL) CERTIFICATE FITNESS OF HOISTING MACHINE (PMA)
In 15 months circulation as well, PMA have to be inspect and renewed by DOSH. We prepare the units and make them ready for inspection purpose. Pre-inspection and servicing electrical motor, chains or wire rope, hook and safety latch and etc to the satisfaction end to obtain certificates.
DOSH INSPECTION & COORDINATION
From application submission into DOSH arrangement, site pre-inspection, site inspection assisting troughout the inspection process including factory tour for factory renewal. Present in the meeting to help customer prior to DOSH requirements and other issues related
NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING (NDT)
We provide Non-destrutive testing testing (NDT) with experiences competent person including reports and interpretation results. With and without 3rd party justification. Magnetic particle inspection (MPI), Dye- penetration, Positive material inspection (PMI), hardness test, Radiography testing (RT), Ultrasonic thickness (UT) & etc.
HYDRO-STATIC TESTING (HT)
Hydro-static testing must be carried out for UPV at manufacturer side or customer site and witnesses by DOSH officer. This test is to inspect for leakage at above working pressure. once the test is satisfied. 127 form will be released by DOSH and registration process can be proceed.
COMPETENT PERSON (AESP, AGT)
We do provide competent person such as authorised entry standby person (AESP) and Authorised gas tester (AGT). Confined space works with valid safety passport (ogsp & etc) and experiences competent person, equipped with completed person protective equipment, tools and devices.
CONFINED SPACE CLEANING WORK
ULTRASONIC THICKNESS GAUGING (UTG / UTTM) Old vessel highly recommended to undergone this test to identify remaining thickness due to corrosion or as per request by client with one year validity. Both have its own pro and contra in iplementation. Proper arrangement and scheduling have to be made in advance to ensure no interruption in production line.
COMPRESSOR & AIR RECEIVER SYSTEM SUPPLY
We supply air receiver, compressor, vacuum tank, dryer, filter, cooler and other system that are related. Get the right equipment or system that suits your premise needs, with the right consultation from us for completed documentations, installation, commisioning, DOSH approval and obtain certificate of fitness. Avoid miss action that leads to difficulties in the future with DOSH authorities as we find many that experiences this issue.
SAFETY VALVE AND PRESSURE GAUGE CALIBRATION
Laboratory calibration and onsite calibration as per request by client with one year validity. Both methods have its own pro and contra in implementation. Proper arrangement and scheduling have to be made interruption in production line.
HIGH PRESSURE WATER JET WORK
Provide high pressure water jetting equipment with high pressure competent person who is skilled and experienced. For heavy cleaning of construction waste, chemicals, rusts and difficult stains, indoor and outdoor works. Up to 40,000 psi equipment available and worth for money and time consuming.
HEATING, VENTILATION & AIR CONDITIONING (HVAC) WORK
Get the right supply & maintenance of HVAC system for your building or premise. The HVAC system is an integrated setup that can heat or cool the atmospheric air while conditioning the air quality based on requirements. The HVAC systems can be implemented for tasks like cooling, heating, moisture control, dust removal, and oxygen replenishment in an indoor location.
PIPING WORK
We do supply and installation piping for air compressor system. The compressor piping system is to carry compressed air from the compressor to various points of use. The compressed air piping design must ensure that compressed air is delivered with sufficient volume, quality, and pressure to carry out the heavy-duty industrial compressed air application work.
ANNUAL (RENEWAL) CERTIFICATE FITNESS OF AIR RECEIVER COMPRESSOR / UPV (PMT)
Annual servicing and maintenance records (every 15 month period) is required by DOSH in order to renew PMT certificate before visual inspection by DOSH. We clean and service internal and external vessel, pressure gauge marking, draining, safety valve checking and etc until units are ready for inspection.
